To ensure the best level of comfort all of our accommodations are fully furnished from our own stock of high quality furniture. Inside you will find complete furnishing essentials like:

COMPREHENSIVE HOUSEWARES

Our rentals include all of the household products you would come to expect in your own home, from pots and pans to silverware, dishware, flatware, bakeware, and cooking utensils. Our furnished apartments also include small appliances and additional housewares like a toaster, coffee maker, mixing bowls, a can opener, food storage containers, and dish towels. To complete that “at home” feel, all of our rentals have a fully equipped kitchen. All of the kitchens in our units include a microwave oven, stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

ALL UTILITIES
All utilities are included in the price of our units so you don’t have to worry about multiple bills, or price fluctuation. (electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash.)
TELEVISION
We furnish every living room and bedroom with a television and expanded cable package.
EXPANDED CABLE TV
Clients will have access to all local broadcast stations plus complimentary YouTubeTv cable stations.

At 4K Enterprises Housekeeping, we perform deep cleans, including surfaces, baseboards, floors, and inside all appliances. We also perform basic cleanings, such as surfaces and small appliances, including microwaves, toasters, toaster ovens, and floors. (Available at an additional charge.)
